One Drop: a HealthKit compatible kit for diabetes

[ad_1]

Having to measure your blood sugar isn't much fun, especially since the operation comes back often. With its Chrome Blood Glucose monitoring Kit, One Drop try to turn this task into a slightly less painful experience. If the base is the same (it is always a question of taking a drop of blood and analyzing it), the manufacturer puts everything on the design with accessories that have class, from the lancing device to the blood glucose meter, in passing through the leather case which allows to carry all the equipment.

The reader transmits the information to the iPhone (and the Apple Watch) via its companion application, which is HealthKit compatible. The data will therefore appear in the Health app. This kit, sold $ 99 on the Apple Store, has received FDA approval. So it's medical equipment; it has also obtained CE certification, but the kit is only found in the United States at the moment.

The kit is supplied with two reserves of 50 lancets. To get more, you will need to take out a monthly ($ 79.95) or annual ($ 399) subscription.
