Oppo shows a little bit of his Reno3 Pro 5G

Oppo Reno 2 has been out for just over a month since the BBK Electronics firm tease already model 3. Baptized a bit emphatically Reno3 Pro 5G, it would be, according to the words of the brand, the finest mobile with a 5G modem.

This is called making a lot of noise for not much. And, it is clear that it works. On November 28th, Twitter, Brian Shen, Oppo's marketing director showed a piece of his future Reno3, and he will be 5G compatible.

With this overview, we can only see that, without much surprise, the Reno3 will still have the right to a screen "integralThus, we can say that his selfie module will, undoubtedly, be concealed in a retractable flap in the shape of a shark fin.

Otherwise, the only other information we have been given is the thickness of the terminal. According to Shen, the device is only 7.7mm thick, almost 2mm less than the Reno2. According to the framework of the company, this would make it the 5G mobile finest in the world, in its tariff range (probably around 500 €).

It's interesting, but so far, Oppo mobiles were relatively thick because of the retractable module. Also, the photo module was, in fact, completely integrated into the body of the phone. There was therefore no protruding block on the back of the aircraft.

But in his short presentation of the Reno3 Pro 5G, Brian Shen explains that the mobile will be 7.7 mm end, excluding the photo module. We must therefore expect a pretty thin smartphone (equivalent to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10), and a thicker photographic parallelepiped.

What to expect from Reno3?

Otherwise, concerning the other characteristics, we are only at the stage of rumors. The Reno3, like the latest OnePlus, would include a 6.5-inch Amoled display (FHD + definition and 90 Hz refresh, for an even smoother display), a Snapdragon 735 SoC, 8 GB of RAM, as well as 128 to 256 GB of storage.

To power all this, the battery would go from 4000 mAh to 4500 mAh and would be compatible with the fast charge 30 W.

Regarding the photo panel, the leaks show a main module, wide-angle and equipped with a 64 Mpx sensor, a telephoto lens with a 13 Mpx sensor and a 2 Mpx sensor to measure the depth of field. The ultragrand-angle module would not be part of it, which seems rather surprising to us. We must therefore take this information in the conditional.
