Oyster sauce beef
Ingredients oyster sauce beef
400g beef
1parsley Seasoning
6candy sugar
1star anise some sunflower oil
2hot water bowls
2tbsp oyster sauce
2bay leaves
1tbsp of brandy a little salt
4strips of ginger
100minutes
Steps oyster sauce beef:
1.Cut beef into pieces and blanch.
2.Heat a pan, pour a little sunflower oil, candy sugar. Cook over low heat. Oncethe candy sugar melts, add the beef. Fried until brown.
3.Add the strips of ginger, star anise, bay leaves, water of life. Then continueto sauté.
4.Add the oyster sauce, fried and pour 2 cups of hot water.
5.Boil over high heat, then cook over low heat for 90 minutes. Once theabsorption of the juices, pour salt. Cook then add the parsley slices. Mixwell. Pour It Up.

1Carton ( 8 oz) Cool Whip-Lite;thawed
2pk (small) instant lemon
-puddingmix
3c Milk
1pk (8 oz) cream cheese;
-softened
LemonLush Preparation
Ina food processor, mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9×13inch pan. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Let cool. Combine the sugar and cheesewith only 1 cup of the Cool Whip in a food processor. Spread over the bakedcrust. Mix the pudding with milk until thick. Let it set. Spread pudding overthe cheese layer, then spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Refrigerateseveral hours before serving. Cut into serving-size portions.

1c Rolled oats
4c Apple juice
1/4c Tahini, optional
2ts Vanilla
2tb Brandy or dark rum
1tb Maple syrup, optional
OatCreme Preparation
Combineoats, apple juice & tahini in a large pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat& simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients &puree till smooth & creamy. Thin with more apple juice if necessary. Pouraround baked apples stuffed with chestnuts, see recipe.
