PREPARATION oyster sauce lettuce

1 In a wok or saucepan,heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil, sauté over high heat for a few seconds, garlicand ginger until slightly golden. Remove from heat, add the oyster sauce, mixwell.

2Blanch salad 1 minute in a large pot of boiling salted water.

Carefullydrain and season with oil mixture, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger. Do not saltthe oyster sauce already is. Serve immediately.

Sprinkle with parsley &drizzle a bit of olive oil & sprinkle with parsley to serve with pitatoasts.
