Oyster sauce pork

Ingredients for oyster sauce pork / 4 people

600 g fried pork

2-3 cm fresh ginger

1 shallot

1 clove of garlic

5 tablespoons soy sauce 

3 tablespoons oil soup

2 teaspoons five-spice

1 cube of chicken stock

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

PREPARATION oyster sauce pork

1 Cut the pork into cubes. Peel and cut the ginger sticks. Mince the shallot. Peel and crush the garlic.

Set of 2 in a typical Tupperware container, add five-spice, soy sauce and oil, mix well and chill at least 1 hour (plus it long navy, the better). Stir occasionally.

3 Fried the meat with the marinade for 5 minutes in a skillet over high heat (do not add oil, there are already in the marinade).

4 Pepper (and especially not salt!), Crumble the cube chicken, add 40 ml water, cover the pan, reduce heat and simmer.

5 A halfway (about 30 minutes), add the oyster sauce.

When cooked, check the seasoning and serve with white rice.

1/2 c Active Sourdough Starter1/2 c Sugar2 tb Shortening2 c Unbleached Flour1 ts Baking Powder1 lg Egg1/2 ts Nutmeg1/4 ts Cinnamon1/2 ts Baking Soda1/2 ts Salt1/3 c Buttermilk or Sour Milk

Sourdough Sams Preparation

Sift dry ingredients, stir into liquid, roll out and cut with regular donut cutter. Then heat some oil in a deep fryer to 390 degrees F and fry. Makes about 17 Doughnuts with holes. Just before serving dust with powdered or cinnamon sugar. NOTE: These doughnuts are virtually greasless. And if you want you can make several batches at a time and freeze. They keep well and to me taste after a while in the freezer. Take out as many as needed and thaw and put sugar on or eat plain.

Baked Breadfruit Filled with Jack Fish Recipe

Cooking Ingredients for Baked Breadfruit Filled with Jack Fish Recipe

1 Breadfruit50 g Butter50 g Smoked bacon cut into strips6 Spring onions; sliced1 tb Curry powder2 Tomatoes; chopped1 Sprig thyme1/2 Scotch bonnet; chopped1 dl Coconut cream2 dl Coconut milk600 g Jack fish cut into cubes;-all bone and skin; removedSalt and pepper

Baked Breadfruit Filled with Jack Fish Preparation

Bake the breadfruit at 180C in the oven until soft. Review with a needle. Cut off a thin slice from the bottom so it stands straight. Take off a 4cm slice from the top and remove the core. Keep warm. Add a little butter to the pan. Add the bacon and fry gently until crisp. Add the spring onions and Scotch bonnet and sweat for a further minute. Add the fish and season with salt and pepper. Dust with the curry powder. Add the coconut cream, coconut milk and tomatoes. Simmer gently until the fish is cooked. Adjust seasoning. Fill the hot breadfruits.
