Pineapple fried rice- Chinese food and natural food for January 07

Pineapple fried rice

Ingredients pineapple fried rice

1bowl of cooked rice

1/2carrot

2tbsp peas

1tbsp of dried meat minced onion

1/2sausage

6shrimp

2eggs seasoning

1tbsp salt

sunfloweroil

1pinch of pepper

10minutes 5 minutes

Difficulty:

Steps pineapple fried rice:

1.Wash all the ingredients, peel the prawns and cut the carrot and onion diced.

2.Cut the pineapple in half proportion of 1: 3.

3.Dig well inside of pineapple with a stainless steel spoon. Cut a third of thepineapple flesh into small pieces and squeeze the rest in pineapple juice.

4.Dice the sausage and beat the egg whites with an electric mixer.

5.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and add the onion, sausage and carrot. Fry for1 minute. Then add the peas. Fry for 30 seconds.

6.Put the rice into the pan, sauté evenly.

7.Pour the beaten egg into the pan and continue to jump.

8.Add the peeled shrimp.

9.Pour the salt and pepper. Fry evenly.

10.Remove all then put it in a pineapple bowl. Finally, sprinkle the dried beefmince. Pour It Up.

Ingredientsfor Beef with Chinese Pea Pods Recipe

1lb Flank steaks; cut in 3 thin

-strip

3tb Corn oil

3tb Soy sauce

2ts Cornstarch

1-1/2ts Sugar

1Clove garlic

4sl Fresh ginger

Beefwith Chinese Pea Pods Preparation

Marinatesliced steak in 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soysauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 4 slsices fresh ginger for 30 minutes. Make apaste with 1 teaspoon corn staarch, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugarand 1/2 cup water. Over high flame brown garlic in 2 tablespoons oil, discardgarlic. Add beef and fry for a few minutes. add green pepper, clelery, greenonion, water chestnuts and sliced bamboo and fry a few more minutes, than addpea pods and cook 1 minute, then add paste mixture, drain and serve.

Ingredientsfor Chinese Spareribs ( Pa-Kwai ) Recipe

4lb Spareribs (any kind of meat)

2tb Vinegar

Water

3/4c Soy Sauce

3/4c Brown Sugar

1sm Can crushed pineapple, juice

1tb Dry Mustard, rounded

1/2ts MSG

ChineseSpareribs ( Pa-Kwai ) Preparation

Bringto boil spareribs in vinegar and enough water to come 1 inch below ribs. Simmer1/2 hour. Drain and place in shallow pan. Mix together and pour over ribs. Bakein oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning often. Be careful to keep ribscoated with sauce.
