Piq launches into smart health connected kitesurfing

We already knew the brand from its sensors for golfers, skiers and even tennis players. The Piq brand has now entered into a very cool sport: kitesurfing, but is also eyeing a whole other series of lesser-known sports.

So this is again from a partnership of choice between the kitesurf brand, North Kiteboarding and piq, that the sensor has been designed. It looks like a small box which inserts itself into a hollow support whichhang on the board kiter.

This smart health connected sensor measures in real time the height, the suspension time and the force landing during each session of the athlete. The sensor has 13 measurement axes and the kiter can see his live performances on the support screen.

So if seeing his performances is good for showing off, your friends may not believe you … piq thought of while developing a associated application which stores your data for one year. These are integrated into the Top 10 worldwide, so with shoe sizes around the world, enough to put pressure.
