[ad_1]

Polar, a very serious Finnish outsider in the smart object market, has released a brand new smart health watch. Sport-oriented and quantified-self, it is still the twelfth smartwatch to integrate Android Wear since its launch at Google I / O 2014.

With a look at the Fitbit Surge, the new Polar M600 will suit everyone since its operating system already offers thousands of applications compatible with iOS or Android, thanks to the companion app Wear. We will not detail the many possibilities of the Alphabet OS, which you can find the novelties in our presentation of its version 2.0.

The watch displays its contents on a slab Gorilla Glass 3 of 1,2 " with a definition 240 × 240, and has a chip GPS integrated as well as 4 GB ROM to work so autonomous, whether to listen to music or to follow a route. A heart rate sensor working through 6 LEDs is also present, but what sets the device apart from the competition is its button that triggers the follow-up of an activity via one touch, alongside another who activates a return on the previous screen. Finally, a microphone will serve to activate the traditional OK Google and all the resulting voice commands.

Proprietary applications have of course been included in an overlay, as Power Flow, a kind of improved Google Fit that also appears on your smartphone. In addition, services such as monitoring sleep or thealerting you to move more are included in the software. The bracelets of the tocante are also interchangeable thanks to central module that can be used independently of these, the whole being waterproof and powered by a dual-core processor.

Its autonomy would be 48 hours in a single charge of his battery 500 mAh with Android (against 1 day for iOS), which obviously remains to be checked in case of intensive use. The M600, whose price peaks at 349.9 €will be available at second half of 2016 in black or White, with a version red marketed later.
