Red curry chicken
Ingredients for red curry chicken /2 persons
200g chicken breast
200g pumpkin
100g white eggplant
1lime
4green kaffir lime leaves
1tablespoon fresh lemon
20cl of coconut milk
2tablespoons red curry
2tablespoons nuoc mam

PREPARATION red curry chicken
1Cut into slices 1 cm chickenbreast. Peel the squash and eggplant. Cut into 2 cm pieces. Heat the wok 1 tbsp oil soup. Brown the vegetables.Let the time until they are almost cooked. About 5 minutes. Remove, set aside.

Heat 3minutes on defrost or warm setting. lest rest 3 minutes and again heat 3minutes on defrost. allow to rest 6 minutes prior to baking.Brush with egg washand bake in a preheated 375 oven while warm. Either method youll have a lightfluffy golden challah!

Mixall the ingredients together except the sauerkraut. Shape the mixture Into 6patties contents, each about 3/4-inch thick. Brown the patties in a wideskillet over medium heat, turning once. Drain off the excess fat. Spoon thesauerkraut onto the patties. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
