Designed by the Americans of Rijuven, and funded via crowdfunding between October 2014 and January 2015, Rejiva is a smart health connected medical object able to measure the state of health of its wearer, at a very precise level of precision.

How it works ?

The smart health connected bracelets and watches are more and more provided with small gadget allowing to measure its heartbeats or its tension, without ever going further. A mess in the eyes of the members of Rivujen, a company specializing in medical products and devices. So they decided to take the concept to the end. Their Rejiva product therefore comes in the form ofa small rectangular device with a modern design.

The object sticks against the chest like a patch, which allows it to be hidden under clothing. Equipped with a health monitoring and a long-lasting battery, Rejiva can therefore calculate all that is necessary to establish a health check-up: electrocardiography, heart rate, respiratory rate, quality of sleep, energy level, the state of the autonomic nervous system, stress and many others. Once the data has been gathered, l‘smart health connected medical object sends information in real time to the wearer's smartphone, via a dedicated application. In order not to dismiss novices in medical language, the information is sent in the form of a diagram, figures and short explanatory texts.

Pocket Coach

Far from being a simple observer, the smart health connected medical object can also take the form of a coach. Depending on the feedback, it offers some simple exercise sets and tips aimed at improving the wearer's health. What better manage stress, energy and sleep. We can also track their progress over the following days, weeks or months. The connection is made via bluetooth and the device has been announced as compatible with Android.
