Review of the KONYKS Priska + smart health connected socket

Following our presentation of the Priska + plug from KONYKS, here we are for a new article, but this time on the use of the latter.

Installation of the Konyks Priska +

As we mentioned in our previous article, installation and start-up is very easy and quick to set up.

We start by installing the “Konyks” application available for free on Android and iOS.

Nothing is simpler to take in itself, plug it in and press the button on the front for a few seconds until the green LED starts to flash.

Once this is done to associate the plug with our smartphone, on the application after registration, we click on the “+” logo at the top right.

After a few minutes and provided with your WiFi key, the association between the Priska + and the smartphone is finished.

Using the Konyks Priska +

Once this is done we now have the ability to pilot our Priska + from anywhere via our smartphone.

AT this is added the possibility of creating scenarios. In the example below, the scenarios will allow the fan to be switched on when the outside temperature is above 25 ° C. We can of course go further and adapt the Priska + to our needs.

Without going that far, we can also set up a simple time schedule and a timer. Very practical for a triggering programmed for the coffee maker at 07:00 for example.

But the most interesting feature is the consumption report and history. One thing is certain, after several days of use I find it of real interest, I now know that a smart health connected charger even without a computer on the other end consumes anyway. In short, this is a very good point for the Priska +

Last but not least, it is the possibility to share the use of the socket with a friend, for example to give the illusion of being at health home during the holidays.

The Priska + installs in minutes and reacts very quickly. Consumption monitoring is very practical and makes it possible to monitoring device consumption in real time.
