Samsung Smart Bike, the smart health connected bike made in Samsung

The Samsung Smart Bike is a smart health connected bike that was unveiled during Design Week which took place in Milan, Italy. This smart health connected bike was created by the Korean manufacturer Samsung and the Italian bike frame manufacturer, Giovanni Pelizzoli thanks to the partnership of Samsung and Maestros Academy.

The Smart Bike is not a simple bike, because it incorporates many very modern technologies and has an aluminum frame which suppresses body vibrations and allows comfortable riding. The Smart Bike is equipped, for example, with 4 lasers which allow it to be visible to other users, but also to enforce safety distances.

It also contains a GPS which allows you to geolocate your journeys and allow you to share information with other users on the most used routes for example. A camera is placed on the back of the bike so you can see behind you without having to turn around.

It also has Bluetooth, WiFi and an Arduino module to operate the various elements. A magnetic support allows you to place the smartphone, Samsung brand, to access the different options. A battery is also integrated in the bike it allows to supply the various elements such as the laser beams and the rear camera. The user will be able to control their various accessories directly from a dedicated application on their Samsung smartphone, from the Google Play Store.

The Smart Bike is not yet on the market and no release date has been given. The bicycle being for the moment a concept, an exit is unlikely. Too bad, because this bike looks very promising, especially lasers for the safety of their owners.
