Ingredients for satay sauce beef / 4 people

Beef(2 steaks)

Oil

1/2red bell pepper

1/2green pepper

1small carrot

2onions

1clove of garlic

1tablespoon sauce flavor flavor “Maggi”

1teaspoon sesame oil

1tablespoon soy sauce

3tablespoons white sugar

2stalks of spring onions

2tablespoons Satay Sauce “Lee Kum Kee”

PREPARATION satay sauce beef 

1Cut the vegetables into julienne and meat into strips (like a hot stone) andgarlic into small pieces.

2Heat the oil to brown them put garlic (but not too much), add the vegetablesand sugar (the brown but not too much, they should remain crisp) then putsauces. Mix well and add the meat and spring onions finely chopped.

Finally

Oncethe meat is cooked, serve.

21/2 c Unbleached All-PurposeFlour

2tb Butter Or Margarine *

1 c Whole Wheat Flour

1ea Env. Onion Soup Mix

1pk Active Dry Yeast

1tb Sugar

1/3 c Warm Water (110-115 Degrees)

1ts Salt

1/2 c Orange Juice

5 oz Shredded CheddarCheese

1/2 c Water

1x Melted Butter Or Margarine

Onion-CheddarBread Preparation

*Butter or margarine should be cut into small pieces.  In medium bowl, combine flours and set aside.In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add orange juice, water, butter,onion recipe soup mix, sugar, salt, and 2 cups flour mixture. Mix until smooth.Stir in enough of the remaining flour mixture until soft dough is formed and itpulls away from the sides of the bowl. Turn dough onto lightly floured board,then knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise inwarm place until doubled, about 1 hour. (Dough is ready if indentation remainswhen touched) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Punch down dough, then turn ontolightly floured board. Press into 10 x 8-inch rectangle; top with 1 cup cheese.roll, starting at 8-inch side, jelly-roll style; pinch ends to seal. Place in 9x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan, seam side down. Brush with melted butter, then top withremaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes or until bread sound hollow when tapped.Remove to wire rack and cool completely before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.

Ingredients for Beef and Rice Skillet Recipe

3/4 lb Ground beef

2 tb Butter

1-1/2 ts Salt

1/8 ts Pepper

1 md Onion

1 lg Green pepper

1-1/3 c Minute rice

1 cn Tomatoes; 1 lb. 12 oz.

1 tb Yellow mustard

Beef and Rice Skillet Preparation

1. Lightly brown meat in butter in large skillet. Season with 1 tsp. salt and the pepper. 2. Thinly slice onion and green pepper and add to skillet. Stir in minute rice right from box. 3. Saute over high heat until rice is lightly browned. Add tomatoes, mustard and remaining salt. Mix well. 4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes uncovered.
