500 g pork tenderloin

3shallots

50 g sugar lumps

3tablespoons oil soup

2tablespoons soy sauce

1tablespoon cider vinegar

2teaspoons ginger powder curved

PREPARATION shallots caramel pork

1Peel the shallots, finely chop. Cut pork into thin strips.

2Pour the oil in a skillet. When it is hot, fry the meat with shallots.

3Add the soy sauce, ginger and vinegar. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10minutes.

4 In a small saucepan,combine the sugar cubes with 3 tablespoons water soup and a little vinegar.Boil until a light caramel.

Finally

Pourthe caramel over the meat and pepper and ground pepper and mix. Serve very hot.

9 oz Pie crust mix; or homemade 1-crust3 oz Apple gelatin1-1/4 c Hot water1 pt Vanilla ice cream2-1/2 c Canned apple slices1 c Light brown sugar1/2 ts Cinnamon1/4 ts Nutmeg1 tb Lemon juice

Apple ParfaitPie Preparation

Start over at 425 F. Make pastry according to directions.Roll out 2/3 of mix on lightly floured board to 12 circle. Fit into bottom of 9ich pie plate. Trim to 1 inch from edge. Trun under nad flute edge. Prick pieshell with fork. Save remaining dough for making tart later. Bake 12-15 minuteuntil golden brown. Cool. Add gelatin to hot water and stir until dissolved.Spoon ice cream into gelatin, stirring until completely melted. Chill untilmixture has consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Meanwhile drain apples well.Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juce. Cook over Low heat,stirring occasionally, until apples are slightly transparent. Drain syrup fromapples. Cool apples. Gently stir apples into gelatin; spoon into pastry shell.Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream Makes 6 servings.

StuffedSardines with Lemons Preparation

Cut topsoff lemons and scoop out well. See That stand lemons on plate by cutting offbottom. Place butter and sardine oil in sauce pan. Cook with onion and greenpepper. When cool, add celery, mayonnaise, cut up sardines and hard-boiled egg.Mix well and stuff individual lemons. Place enough mayonnaise on top to roundoff lemon. Place a sprig of parsley on top. Chill.
