1Cut the chicken into strips. Chop the onions. Peel the carrots and cut intostrips with a peeler. Cut the pepper in half, remove and rinse the inside. Cutinto strips. For bean sprouts, it is sold canned or fresh, as desired. Removethe skin from zucchini part two then cut into slices.

1pk Cream cheese; softened 8 ounces

3Green onions; with tops

2Links sweet or hot Italian

-Sausage,cooked & crumbled

1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Add softened cream cheeseand parmesan cheese and blend til thoroughly mixed. Use a teaspoon or pipingbag to mound filling onto mushroom caps. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Thenset oven to broil and brown tops lightly. Serve hot.

Ingredients 

8 md Tomatoes1-1/2 c Soft bread crumbs2 Cloves garlic, minced (up to-4)1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese1/3 c Chopped fresh parsley1/2 ts Salt1/4 ts Pepper1/3 c Olive or vegetable oil

Garlic AuGratin Tomatoes Preparation

Cut a thinslice from the top of each tomato. Scoop out the pulp, leaving a half inchthick shell. Invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain. Meanwhile, in a bowl,combine crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Stuff tomatoes; placein greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with oil. Bake, uncovered, at 400F. for 15-20 minutes or until stuffing islightly browned. Yield: 4-6 servings. To make into appetizers: Stuff 48 cherrytomatoes with crumb mixture; bake for 8-10 minutes.
