1dough fritters :
Mixthe flour, baking powder , salt and oil , mix with half a glass of warm water ,add the beaten eggs . The batter should be thick and smooth . Let it rest .
2Soak the mushrooms for 15 minutes in warm water and then throw them 5 minutesin boiling water.
3Peel and chop onions . Finely chop the garlic . Peel the tomatoes , remove theseeds and cut the flesh into cubes.
Fryonion in 2 tablespoons hot oil and garlic, then sprinkle with ginger.
4Let become golden yellow before anchoring these elements with a glass of warmwater, add soy sauce , mushrooms , tomatoes , vinegar and sugar, cook for 5-6minutes on low heat.
5Heat the frying oil , dip the shrimp tails in the batter and put them one byone into the hot oil , let them swell and brown.
Mixthe cream of rice in 2 tablespoons cold water , pour in the sauce , let thickenover low heat , stirring constantly , add a little spice .
Finally
Drainthe donuts , make them on a serving dish , top them with sauce.
