Shrimp dumplings
Ingredients for shrimp dumplings/ 4 people
1package of ravioli (Asian groceries)
200g prawns (shelled
deveinedand diced.)
250g minced pork
75g canned bamboo (Asiangroceries)
2green onions (chopped)
1tablespoon ginger (grated)
1teaspoon sesame oil
1tsp mirin
salt
pepper

PREPARATION shrimp dumplings
1Ina bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, pork, chopped bamboo, green onions, ginger,sesame oil, mirin, salt and pepper.
2Placeon your work surface plates ravioli. Then place in the center of each circle atablespoon of the preparation.
