The DLINK Water Sensor DCH-S160 smart health connected flood detector is the latest addition to the MyDlink health home range of health home automation products. Already available in the United States, it will arrive in Europe at the end of the year.

The DLINK Water Sensor DCH-S160 smart health connected flood detector will allow you to be alerted when a leak is detected in your health home. Wherever you are, you stay informed of any problem. Really easy to install, it connects to your health home Wi-Fi network and can help you detect water leaks before a severe flood occurs. To install it, plug it into an electrical outlet, place the cable where the risk of leakage is greatest and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

Whether you are at health home or outside, you will be visually alerted by LEDs, but also by audio alerts via a 70dB audible alarm and push notifications on your smartphone. Obviously, it works with other MyDlink health home devices to create a real health home automation ecosystem in your health home, without complicated installation, installation cost or monthly subscription fees.

Small criticism anyway concerning this smart health connected flood detector: the size of the cable. The cable unfortunately only measures 50 centimeters.
