A healthy Chinese food recipe against heatstroke

Bitter Melon Shrimp

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6):

– 2 Bitter Melon

– 200 g peeled pink or gray and fresh shrimp

– 250 g of palm heart (1 small can)

– 40 cl heavy cream (mild)

– 1 bunch of fresh chives

– salt and pepper

Preparation the recipe :

Cut the melon in half and make small balls (or small pieces) put in a colander and let cool.

Cut hearts of palm into thin slices.

Toss shrimp and palm hearts together and chill.

Mix the cream, salt, pepper and chives.

Just before serving, mix the melon, shrimp, palm and add sauce fresh chives cream.
