A healthy Chinese food recipe for headache
Fried rice with beef and Chinese cabbage
Ingredients
600 to 800 g beef cut into strips
1 Chinese cabbage
600g rice cooked
Sesame oil
1 pot of lemongrass (Delhaize)
4 tbsp sesame oil
8 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
Steps:
Put all the marinade elements in the blender and mix.
Marinate beef strips in the sauce 1 hour minimum.
Sauté in the wok, beef strips with marinade.
Add Chinese cabbage cut into strips. Mix well.
