ingredients
750 g beef
250 g rice powder Seasoning
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped garlic
50 g coriander sliced
1 piece of orange peel
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tsp salt sugar
4 tbsp .s of Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp of Sichuan pepper powder
3 sesame oil
2 tbsp pepper
2 ac s of soybean paste
30 minutes
Steps:
1. Wash and cut the beef into large thin pieces. Put these pieces on a plate.
2. Add salt, 2 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 2 tbsp of Sichuan pepper powder, sesame oil 3 tbsp 2 tbsp pepper, 2 tbsp soy paste, 1 tbsp chopped ginger and mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Add 3 tbsp of water to disperse the meat.
4. Add the rice powder and mix well so that each piece of beef sticks well powdered rice.
5. Place the beef and orange peel piece (to better cook) in steamer. Boil water and cook steam over high heat for 25 minutes. Sprinkle chopped garlic, coriander and red chilli powder. Serve.

1 lb Unpeeled large fresh shrimp 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1/3 c Water 1 tb Water 1/4 c Cornstarch 1 ts Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 Large egg, lightly beaten Vegetable Oil Sweet and Sour Sauce Hot cooked Rice Peel shrimp; devein, if desired. Combine flour and next 6 ingredients. Pour oil to depth of 3 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375 degrees. Dip shrimp into batter; fry, a few at a time, in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels. arrange shrimp on a baking sheet; place in a 200 degree oven to keep warm while frying remaining shrimp. Combine shrimp and Sweet and Sour Sauce; serve immediately over rice.

1-1/2 lb Ground beef, browned
1 lg Onion, diced
2 c Celery, diced
1 cn Tomato soup
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Bean sprouts (drained)
Chinese Casserole Preparation
Mix together and place in greased 2 quart casserole. Cover top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
