Stéphan Martino elected president of Mipih

Stéphan Martino replaces Chantal Carroger, director general of the Besançon CHU, in office since 2010, who will continue "to sit on the board of directors," said the public interest group (GIP) in a press release.
Stéphan Martino was notably territorial delegate of Eure within the regional health agency (ARS) of the Center (2011-2015). He then took the direction of the Isarien CH of Clermont-com-l'Oise, public establishment of mental health, in Oise.
Trained on the benches of the Institut d'études politiques (IEP) Bordeaux between 1978 and 1981 and former student of the EHESP (ex-ENSP), he began his career in 1984 as deputy director within the CHU com Bordeaux. After that, Stéphan Martino occupied the functions of director within the CH of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande (Gironde) from 1997 to 2000, then at the CH of Albi (Tarn) until 2010.
The Mipih board of directors also elected a vice-president: Michel Glanes, current director of the CH of the Basque Coast in Bayonne (Pyrénées-Atlantiques).
The GIP Mipih is a public interhospital cooperation structure created in 1994 which develops and distributes software to health and medico-social establishments, mainly in the administrative field. It has 650 employees and claims 670 member establishments.
