Straw mushroom beef ingredients:

150gof fresh beef

150g of straw mushroom

Seasoning

Oystersauce 2 tbsp of sunflower oil

1tbsp light soy sauce

1tbsp liquid starch

1pinch of sugar

2pinches of glutamate

1tbsp of Shaoxing wine

½tbsp salt

1tbsp chopped chives

1tbsp chopped garlic

20minutes

Straw mushroom beef Steps:

1.Place beef in a bowl, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsplight soy sauce, 1 tsp. liquid starch, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 pinch ofglutamate and 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

2.Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet until cooked to 40%, then add the beef and fryuntil a 70% cooked. Remove.

3.Bring water to a boil in the pan, then add the pieces of straw mushroom.Blanch. Remove and set aside.

4.Heat the sunflower oil in the pan, add the spring onions and garlic. Althoughblow.

5.Then add the paile mushrooms, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ½ tbspof salt and 1 pinch ofglutamate. fry for a moment.

6.Finally, add the beef and stir-fry until the beef is cooked through. Pour itup.

Tips:

Itis not worth much to blow beef for the first time because there was a secondtime.

SOUFFLEAU CHOCOLAT ET AU RHUM Melt chocolate over hot water. When melted add coffee.Butter and sugar a souffle mold. Mix cornstarch, sugar and milk, and cookslowly over medium heat. Add chocolate and rum and remove from stove to cool.Beat egg whites with the pinch of salt until creamy, then add cream of tartar.Beat until glossy, and add the tablespoon of sugar, beating until stiff. Addegg yolks to chocolate mixture, mix well. Fold in the whites, one tablespoon ata time until all is used. Turn mixture into souffle mold 2/3 full. Bake at 375~for 45 minutes and Review with a needle. If not quite done, cook 5 minutes more.Serve immediately with fresh cream or whipping cream.

Mixedfresh vegetables, such as radishes, green onions, celery or turnip sticks,boiled and chilled small new potatoes, blanched carrots, cauliflower andbroccoli pieces. Combine mayonnaise, mixed greens, onion and garlic in foodprocessor or blender. Puree until smooth. Spoon into mixing bowl. Stir in sourcream and blend well. Season with hot pepper sauce.
