Stuffed beef roll-Chinese healthy recipe for November 19
Stuffed beef roll
Chinese food stuffed beef roll with barbecue sauce
Witha history of at least 100 years, stuffed beef roll with barbecue sauce amongthe Chinese brand pasta (original shanghai). In winter, it is a good choice tomake these rolls because they are more conducive to chase the cold.
Ingredients
250gbeef stuffing
300g flour
100g high-gluten barbecue sauce egg white Seasoning
3tbsp chopped chives
2slices of ginger
1tbsp Sichuanpeppercorns
1tbsp of Shaoxing wine
100ml water
1tbsb soy sauce dark
2tbsp light soy sauce
2pinches of sugar
1tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp salt sunflower oil
150minutes
Stuffed beef roll with barbecue sauce Steps:
1.Place egg white in the filling of beef and mix well.
2.Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and 1 c.à.c salt, mix well.
3.Put 2 slices of ginger, Sichuanpepper, Shaoxing wine and 100 ml of water in a bowl and stir well.
4.Remove the Sichuanpeppercorns and ginger, then pour the water mixed into the filling, mix wellwith a pair of chopsticks.
5.Add the barbecue sauce and continue to stir clockwise. Then, pour sesame oil.
6.Finally, add 2 tbsp chopped chives. Mix and set aside.
7.Place 1 c.à.c salt and 1 pinch of sugar in the high gluten flour. Stir well.
8.Soak the yeast in water having a temperature below 30 degrees for 5 minutes.
9.Put the yeast with water in the flour and pour in the water little by littlemix.
10.Turn and knead to form a dough ball. Fermenting in a soft spot for 40 minutes.
11.Train cartons, then press and crush to make hard dough.
12.Put the stuffing in a disc of dough and pinch to form well hotcakes. Let standfor 45 minutes.
13.Brush turn your oil in a skillet.
14.Place rolls with a gap therebetween.
15.Close the lid and fry over low heat.
16.Fry the bottom. Then add the liquid meal (flour: water = 1: 1.5).
17.Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped chives, then close the lid and continue to fry.
18.Since there is almost no water in the pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds andserve.
