In 2014, Huawei launched with TalkBand B1 its first product whose bracelet carried a device half-tracker, half-earphone Bluetooth. A hybrid product not uninteresting, which has remained in a niche certainly, but it has been interesting enough for the builder multiplies generations.

So much so that Huawei is about to announce the TalkBand B5, the latest refinement of the concept. The idea is the same: the box of the tracker is detached from the bracelet to turn into a wireless headset. It is in fact the worthy successor of the generation B3, released in 2016 and we could even buy in Europe. Strangely, Huawei has zapped the TalkBand B4 to launch the B5 directly.

At first, this new version looks like two drops of water to the previous one, so we hope that the manufacturer has some novelties in his sleeve. Just recently, Huawei has a patent for the idea of ​​a watch strap that can accommodate wireless headphones.

The company is therefore based on its concept. And if the patent materialized into a real product, it would go beyond the Bluetooth headset. In the meantime, we are curious to discover this new TalkBand.
