The most advanced smartwatch for children

DokiWatch is one of the many smartwatches for children now on the market. Remember, I recently introduced you to the XTC Y01 children's smartwatch.

DokiWatch is therefore not alone in its market. Big brands like LG also offer smart health connected products for children. LG offers for example the Filip 2 and the SAFE Kids Paxie Band. Soon to be featured on Kickstarter, DokiWatch claims to be the most advanced device in the world on this market.

This smartwatch will offer Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G connectivity allowing to make ehealth calls thanks to the integrated camera, to send messages (in particular via emoji messaging), to follow the child, to define SOS geo-fencing and alarms. Parents are able to know where their children are and keep in touch with them. In terms of fitness, the smart health connected watch offers a Tamagotchi-esque game to encourage children to stay active. The DokiPet sets goals to motivate wearers by offering them badges and prizes based on their movements.

The watch itself runs on a version of Android 4.4 and has a 1.22-inch color touch screen. The Kickstarter campaign begins today, January 4. You will be able to get a DokiWatch for $ 99. The normal price of the watch should be $ 179.99.
