An application based on NASA research

With SleepCompanion, the goal is to make it easier to fall asleep and wake up thanks to propagated light waves by a smart health connected bulb. When we know that 25% of French people suffer from insomnia, we tell ourselves that Holî has a bright future ahead of her …

The Bluetooth connection will connect the bulb to a dedicated mobile application which will in particular allowanalyze the user's sleep habits. The conclusions he draws are directly linked to research carried out by NASA during expeditions to the ISS station. By placing the mobile near the user's bed, it will be possible to record the different sleep phases so that the application, available on Android and iOS, will provide appropriate advice. What is particularly interesting is that the application can also recover data sent by smart health connected wristbands like the Fitbit Flex, the Jawbone UP24 or even Netatmo devices (weather station, thermostat) and Withings.

Depending on the brand, the SleepCompanion smart health connected bulb will be available next fall for 79 €.
