Paragon is a smart health connected induction hob that also allows cooking under vacuum, frying, poaching, simmering and braising food with precision.

Paragon works in particular thanks to a wireless temperature sensor designed for temperatures up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. This wireless temperature sensor continuously monitors the temperature and sends this information to the hob, which automatically adjusts the heat output of the burner to maintain the temperature according to the given setpoint.

The temperature can be controlled either directly on the hob or via the Paragon app. The plate provides constant heat at the desired temperature; ideal for precisely controlling the cooking process.
