Alchema is a new Kickstarter project which offers you to create cider with simple fruits. Oscar Chang, CEO and co-founder of this company, wanted to make brewing easier, safer and more accessible. He first created a first prototype in 2014 and then started marketing his first machines this year. To grow a little faster, he is trying to raise $ 80,000 today through the famous crowdfunding platform.

Alchema was designed to be simple to use. To use it, you must download the dedicated application, connect to the machine's Wi-Fi network, connect to your Wi-Fi network and finally choose a recipe from the application. The recipe tells you exactly the ingredients you need. Before starting to put them in the pitcher, the machine performs a disinfection process using UV light to kill the bacteria.

When adding ingredients, you just have to follow what the application asks you. A scale built into the smart health connected machine weighs the food and tells you when to stop. Once everything is in the machine, add yeast to the mixture then let the device take care of everything for about one to two weeks; depending on the type of drink you prepare. The app will keep you informed of the progress throughout the brewing process thanks to its integrated sensors.
