Withings made a big splash with Activity, its high-end smartwatch to track physical activity. The French company is taking advantage of CES 2015 to announce the Pop Activity, an entry-level version for less than € 150.
Three times cheaper than the classic model, the Pop Activity will be available at BestBuy from January 5 and from March online. At the moment we have no no indication on the date of release in France, as for its price, it is fixed at 149.95 €.

The materials used are less "noble" than the high-end model, with a PVD coating instead of stainless steel, and a silicone strap instead of leather. The Withings Activity Pop is not Swiss Made, unlike the classic model, and the glass is not gorilla-glass.
The characteristics of the watch are for the rest the same as its big sister, with the monitoring of daily activity, sleep, and Bluetooth Low Energy synchronization with the Withings app. The battery life will be 8 months and it will be waterproof up to 30 meters. It will be available in 3 colors: blue, sand and black.
Autonomy is the big highlight of the two Activity models, and the Pop Activity will be able to attract new users, its price being much more affordable than the high-end version.
