Thinker will control everything at health home

Thinker is a small device designed by the Geeklink team and aims to know all your habits to make decisions for you and control everything at health home.

Thinker is therefore a smart health connected control device with routing function. Geeklink wants to make our health home smarter and more smart health connected. By collecting data on our habits and needs, they therefore developed this multitasking health home automation product.

In practice, Thinker connects all devices that have internet access: smartphone, iPad and computer are routed through this device. It can obviously connect your alarm to secure your health home. As a result, it also offers multi-room control and a radio communication extension as well as an autonomous infrared RF station for 6 months. With these IR and RF extensions, the infrared devices in the different rooms can also be easily controlled by smartphones. To complement Thinker, the Geeklink team has made it compatible with IFTTT. For example, when the RF sensor detects too high a humidity level, your radiators will be on.

To use Thinker, you must first download and install its mobile application, for iOS or Android, then plug in the device and connect it to your smartphone via its wifi connection. You can also connect it to the WAN port of your internet router. You will then need to pair the remote control with the mobile application and then your security devices (door sensor, camera, etc.). You will then have to do the same with all the devices supported by this solution.

Good news for the most geek among us, this system is open-source … enough to have fun during the long winter evenings!
