TMM Software publisher buys E-Synaps, collaborative platform for healthcare professionals

The E-Synaps platform “allows healthcare professionals to communicate with each other in a secure manner, in particular thanks to an approved hosting of healthcare data”.

It offers three solutions. Medical Space allows healthcare professionals to “share information about a patient” or “participate in discussion groups”. MedUnion is an “online appointment booking solution” developed in collaboration with regional unions of health professionals (URPS). And finally, MedUnion Urgences, a “solution for managing unscheduled care for centers 15 and CPTS” (territorial professional health communities).

“Five university hospitals are currently equipped with the solution, with the aim of equipping 21 by 2022,” the company said.

“The acquisition will be effective from August 1, 2021,” said TMM Software in its press release. The three E-Synaps employees will join the “TMM Software R&D team”, made up of eight people.

TMM Software publishes in particular the Aptelecare remote monitoring solution and the multimedia entertainment system.
