Ingredients
200g tofu cut into 1 cm cubes
4or 5 dried Chinese mushrooms
Icup water
2cups Chinese cabbage
250 g of fine rice noodles,drained after soaking in water for 5 min
1cup broccoli pieces
1cup chopped spring onions
2cups bean sprouts
4cups chicken broth
1cooked. tablespoons light soy sauce
1cooked. Coffee sesame oil
Preparation Tofu noodles food
Soakthe mushrooms in water 20 minutes. Cut into strips and discard the water.
Bringthe broth to a boil, add mushrooms and broccoli, then simmer 5min.
Addthe noodles and cabbage, and still leave
3-4min. Mix onions, bean sprouts, tofu, before continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Sprinklewith soy sauce and sesame oil

2 c Sugar
2ea Eggs, beaten
11/2 c Marshmallows
1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Shortening
3tb Cocoa
1/2 c Margarine
6tb Coca-Cola
3tb Cocoa
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 c Coca-Cola
1 c Pecans, chopped
1/2 c Buttermilk
CokeCake Preparation
Marshmallowsmay be chopped or miniature. Sift together flour and sugar, stir inmarshmallows and set aside. Bring to a boil, shortening, margarine, cocoa andCoke. Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk,baking soda and eggs. Do not beat this cake mixture. Pour into a greased13x9x2-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes or untildone. Cool 30 minutes before frosting cake. Coke Cake Frosting: Bringmargarine, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Boil a minute, remove from heat andgradually add sugar. Stir in pecans.

4 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 Sticks butter
3 c Broken pecans
1-3/4 c Sugar
1 c Unsifted flour
4 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
Fudge Cupcakes Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Add pecans and stir until well coated. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and eggs. Blend well. Stir in chocolate mixture; add vanilla. Do not beat! Place paper baking cups in muffin tin and com- pletely fill with batter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool 8-10 minutes in tins. Makes 14-16 cupcakes.
