Ingredients

400 g broccoli

100 g black mushrooms

100 g tremella

Seasoning

20 g spring onions

8garlic cloves

1tbsp oyster sauce

4tbsp light soy sauce

Salt

1tbsp sugar

1tbsp potato starch

Sunfloweroil

15minutes

Steps:

1.Soak the black mushrooms and tremella in water for 10 minutes. Wash, filter andturn them off.

2.Cut the broccoli into pieces and wash them. Boil water in a pan, add 3 drops ofsunflower oil and 1 tbsp salt. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes. Remove andplace them next.
