TYXIA 611 back and forth pack Review

In this new article, we will discover together the TYXIA 611 pack back and forth from Delta Dore. Recently, I introduced you to the TYXIA 2310, the multifunction switch. It is found here to create a back-and-forth lighting system when there is no existing switch.

Ideal to set up at the level of a headboard in a bedroom. For this, as usual, nothing too complicated to set up. Let's go straight to practice.

Presentation of the TYXIA 611 pack for back-and-forth lighting:

The Pack TYXIA 611 from Delta Dore, will allow you to easily set up a back-and-forth lighting system all without wires or heavy work. Equipped with technology X3D, the pack TYXIA 611 consists of 2 wireless switches TYXIA 2310 battery powered and micro-module receiver TYXIA 5610. To this we add a double sided one, a pair of wires for classic switch and a user manual.

Characteristics of the TYXIA 2310 switch:

• 1 or 2-way control (Start / Stop, dimmer or scenario)

• Wall switch that can be fixed or glued on any support

In the rest of the article, we will associate this with our TYDOM health home automation box in order to benefit from the possibility of controlling it all remotely, turning the lights on and off via scenarios and many other features.

The installation of the TYXIA 611 pack:

For installation, it's very simple. But remember the basic rules of precautions to take when working on an electrical circuit.

Regarding the switches, they are fixed to the wall like any traditional switch either with the double-sided kit provided or a few screws. For the receiver micro-module, it is installed at the level of the lighting circuit control. Of course, the kit is compatible with all types of bulbs. Whether LED, compact fluorescent and halogen within the limit of 200W maximum.

We simply connect the 220V phase and neutral input to inputs 1 and 2 of the micro-module, and our lighting on inputs 3 and 4. On the side, there are two IN and COM inputs which allow you to connect a switch classic. Once assembled, all that remains is to mount it in our electrical box, here behind the switch.

The association between the switches and the module is carried out by pressing the button on the receiver for 3 seconds then on one of the buttons on the switch. AT know that 3 modes are available, the classic ON / OFF mode, the scenario mode for controlling several receivers simultaneously and the dimmer mode.

Configuration with the TYDOM box:

As we like health home automation, we continue with the configuration of our TYXIA 611 pack with our health home automation box TYDOM. On our mobile application, we launch the application and select "Add equipment", then choose the category and module concerned.

We follow the instructions provided on our smartphone to complete the association of the different elements.

We finish the configuration by giving it a small name and why not a pictogram.

And here we are on our dashboard with a new tile. With this tile, we can control our lighting from anywhere or and anytime.

Subsequently, we can also configure scenarios. This will allow us to trigger actions if certain predefined conditions are met. And even schedule the lighting to go off in advance.
