V20 – An IFTT compatible wifi camera signed Kodak

The CFH-V20 is an IFTT compatible wifi camera from Kodak. With it, the former photo glory hopes to compete with Google and its Nest Cam.

The CFH-V20 camera has a 180-degree field of view, a Wi-Fi connection and can be moved around at health home since it can also be detached from its base. Connecting to your smartphone and transmitting HD ehealth streaming, the CFH-V20 camera also offers two-way audio functionality; like the Nest camera. All of these features are available on the iSecurity + app; a free app for iOS and Android.

The iSecurity application also has its own IFTTT channel to allow users to set up automated actions with real-time alerts, such as activating or deactivating motion detection, moving the camera, geo-fencing, etc. Obviously, this small camera has a night vision feature to see what is happening at night or when there is little light in your health home.

On the security side, the captured videos are stored in the Kodak cloud. Users have access to videos recorded in the past 24 hours. With a monthly subscription of $ 9.99 you will be able to view videos over 14 days and with a monthly subscription of $ 19.99 you will be able to view videos over 30 days.

For $ 2.99, users can subscribe to the Smart Detection option, which uses ART technology in the UK to detect someone in your health home and reduce the number of false alarms. For the moment, the Kodak company has not given an official release date but it will soon be available on Amazon for $ 149.95.
