Ingredients for vegetable salad food/ 4 people

1red pepper

2spring onions

150g fresh bean sprouts

1clove garlic

1lemon

4sprigs of fresh mint

4sprigs of parsley

2tablespoons soy sauce

1tablespoon sesame oil

PREPARATION vegetable salad food

1Peel the carrots and grate them with a coarse grater.

2Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove seeds and cut into sticks.

3Wash peppers, wipe, split it in half and remove the seeds and pith. Break itdown into thin strips.

4Clean the spring onions and slice them thinly. Rinse bean sprouts and wringthem very carefully. Place all vegetables in a bowl and book protected withplastic film costs.

Finally

Rinseand wring the mint and parsley. Peel the garlic. Squeeze the lemon. Place allin a small mixer by adding soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli. Mix and pour overvegetables just before serving.

Sifttogether flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt, soda and dry milk. Cut inshortening until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add sugar, minced onion,egg, milk, wine and oregano. Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture in greased 8 or9-inch round pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 minutes or until a wooden pickinserted in center comes out clean.
