Ingredients for vegetables spring rolls
18sheets of pastry spring roll, large
2sticks celery, small, peeled and finely grated
2cloves garlic, crushed
2tablespoons vegetable oil
1tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
2medium onions or 250 g, sliced
2medium carrots, finely grated
2medium zucchini, finely grated
2green peppers, finely grated medium
2½ cups or 250 g whitecabbage, finely shredded
2cubes of vegetable stock
¼c. teaspoon white pepper
½teaspoon sesame oil
2cups oil for frying
Preparation for vegetables spring rolls
Heatvegetable oil in a large saucepan, add the ginger and cook until fragrant andgarlic then add the onion and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Addcelery, carrot, zucchini, green pepper and cabbage. Stir for a few minutes oruntil vegetables are almost tender then add the diced vegetable broth, whitepepper and sesame oil. Stir to mix well. Remove from heat and place the mixtureon a plate until cool to room temperature.
Garnishrolls one after the other by depositing 1 tsp. tablespoon of filling into thebottom of the cake, moisten the edges with a brush and fold the top of the cakeover the filling.
Foldthe edges together and wrap the cake tightly. Repeat for all cakes.
Beforeserving, fry the rolls in hot oil towards minutes or until golden brown.

Spraya 2 quart rectangular glass dish with non-stick coating; set aside. Put butterinto a 2 quart glass bowl. Microwave on 30% (medium low) 2 minutes or untilbutter is soft. Cream in sugar; then eggs. Stir in honey. Sift flour togetherwith soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Add flour mixture, alternately,with water. Add lemon extract and rind. Pour batter into prepared dish.Rotating dish twice during baking, microwave on 70% (medium high) 10 to 12minutes or until cake tests done. Serve hot.

2tb Bakers ammonia
1 pt Milk; new
1ts Oil of lemon

LemonCrackers Preparation
Soakammonia over night in pint of milk. Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 T. milk toyolks. Mix dough stiff and roll thin. Prick well with fork and bake.
