Volvorii smart shoes

Volvorii are customizable smart heel shoes. Designed by Ishuu Technologies, a company based in Beijing and Lithuania, they are currently being funded on Indiegogo.

The Volvorii are offered at prices ranging from $ 199 to $ 249. Like the Tago Arc and LookSee e-paper bracelets, these shoes use flexible e-paper poster technology; a very energy efficient technology. In addition to the display, a Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy module is hidden in the heel to allow the shoe to connect to a smartphone. Apple and Android smartphones are compatible.

This is where the customizable aspect of the shoes I told you about comes in. Via the accompanying application for these shoes, you will be able to change the patterns appearing on the shoes. On the two photos above, we can see that a pattern has been selected but it is also possible to display a solid color. On the battery side, it should last between two to six months. The shoes are rechargeable wirelessly with a charger.

Made of rubber and leather, they are available in white and black and are available in sizes 36 to 40. Sizes 34, 35 and 41 are being created.
