Water chestnuts galette-Chinese food and natural health food for January 28
Water chestnuts galette
The water chestnuts galette is a nutritious aquatic plant. It is a Chinese pasta known in Taiwan. And ofcourse, this is a good choice for breakfast.
Ingredients
1celery
2water chestnuts
2eggs
200g flour
seasoning
1 tbsp sesame oil
1pinch of salt
1pinch of white pepper
Sunfloweroil
15minutes
Steps water chestnuts galette:
1.Wash and cut the celery into small slices, then put them in a blender.
2.Break 3 eggs into the mixer. Then, start and juice.
3.Wash and peel water chestnuts.
4.Beat a little water chestnuts and cut into pieces.
5.Put the juice, water chestnuts, flour, salt, white pepper and sesame oil in abowl.
6.Mix flour to make a paste.
7.Heat a little sunflower oil in a pan, put the dough with flour. Then flattenwith a kitchen spatula.
8.Fry and brown over medium heat. Pour It Up.
Tips:
1.Beat a little water chestnuts, it is more beautiful.

Stir and cover; cook for 3 minutes. Add the peas pods,bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Stir about 30 second and serve.

1tb Chopped fresh chives
Low-CalorieChinese Cabbage Preparation
1.Cut bacon slices crosswise into thin strips; in a large saute pan, brown thestrips over medium heat. 2. Add onions and garlic; saute for 2 minutes, oruntil onion is transparent. 3. Add cabbage, salt, pepper, and red pepperstrips. Saute, stirring with a spatula, until steaming hot but still crisp,about 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce. 4. Transfer to a deep serving platter,sprinkle with chives, and serve at once, with steamed rice and broiled chickenor fish for a low-fat, low-calorie meal.
