Percko is a company that you have probably heard about, since the French company launched 4 years ago a t-shirt with support tapes to learn to stand up straight and relieve back problems, which suffer more 10 million people in France. After launching a model dedicated to sport, Percko unveiled a new product, this time more "active", since it is a smart health smart health connected object specifically dedicated to back pain.

The new Percko product is called Wavii. This time it is a smart health smart health connected object, smart health connected to a mobile application thanks to bluetooth and the smartphone. Very discreet, since it measures only 5cm by 3.5cm wide, for 0.7cm thick, it sticks directly to the upper back thanks to a medical adhesive, resistant and hypoallergenic, with a lifespan of About 10 days.

Thus positioned, it is able to follow all your movements, and alert you instantly via a slight vibration, as well as on your mobile, if you are struggling, to avoid any position at risk.

Throughout the day, Wavii analyzes your postures and offers you a personalized assessment at the end of the day. All your positions are presented on a screen giving you tips on things to improve. If you do not always have your smartphone with you, no problem: the Wavii is able to store 24 hours of data, which it will synchronize automatically as soon as it is within range of your smartphone.

Wavii thus becomes a real coach who watches over your good posture, movements at risk, or long periods of inactivity, where you lose muscle tone. But it goes further, since the application also offers many exercises to perform to strengthen his back, and therefore limit back pain. All you have to do is indicate the time available, the situation (public transport, health home, etc.), your possible pain, and the coach will give you an exercise to perform during the allotted time. Exercises developed by osteopaths and sports coaches, with whom Percko worked closely to develop this product.

To work, the designers have opted for a CR2032 battery (with a lifespan of 3 months), in order not to have to recharge it. 3 batteries are provided in the starter pack, which gives it 9 months of operation before having to buy a new battery, and 10 sticky patches are delivered (a usage of about two months, the patches can be cleaned if necessary). A pack of 10 patches is then marketed for € 9.90.
