On the security side, SOMFY offers an anti-breakage, anti-tearing and anti-drilling cylinder certified to European standard. The transmissions between the lock and your smartphone are also protected by AES 256 encryption; the same encryption as for bank cards.

So which smart lock should you choose? Honestly, both locks have their advantages. Fichet has especially brought some additional features to its classic locks. SOMFY has rather tried to create a product offering a good quality / price ratio. Indeed, on the budget side, allow a little less than 500 euros for the ENTR lock and a little less than 270 euros for the second.
