Ingredients

500g chop

750grams of wax gourd

Seasoning

1chives

3small pieces of ginger

1tbsp Sichuanpepper salt

120minutes

Steps:

1.Cut the wax gourd pieces of a cm thick and chives in branches.

2.Bring water to a boil then add the chops until completely empty of blood.Remove and reserve.

3.Pour water into a saucepan and add the pieces of ginger, chives and pepper Sichuan.

4.When the water is boiling, put the chops.

7.Continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove chives. Serve.
