Xiaomi Mi Watch: the smartwatch will not be released in France before 2020

The Xiaomi Mi Watch was formalized on November 5 in China. The first smart health connected watch from the Chinese manufacturer impresses with the richness of its functionalities. If you're one of those who can't wait to have it around your wrist, you're going to have to be a little bit patient. The watch will not be released in France until next year.

Xiaomi was expected to officially announce the Mi Watch for Europe at its conference on Wednesday November 6, 2019. But the manufacturer has only revealed the Mi Note 10, the Redmi Note 8T which is a version international launch of the Mi Note 8 recently launched in China, as well as the Mi TV 4s, a 4K TV with Android TV that will be offered in France from € 179 next year.

No words were said about the Mi Watch during the conference. This does not mean that the European market will fall through the cracks. The Xiaomi Mi Watch will be released on November 11 in China at around € 167

The Mi Watch will be launched in China from 1299 yuan, or about 167 € when doing a raw conversion. This is all the indication that we have for the moment on its price. The watch is clearly positioned as a competitor to the Apple Watch, which remains the best-selling smartwatch in the world. If the two watches share a very similar look, the Mi Watch is distinguished by its very identity content provided by the interface " MIUI for smart health connected watches " WearOS is nevertheless its basic system. The Xiomi Mi Watch is also a completely independent watch thanks to its eSIM compatibility which allows it to connect to the Internet, but also to send and receive calls and SMS.
