Xiaomi unveils the next generation of its smart health connected bracelet

Riding on the success of its cheap smart health connected bracelets, Xiaomi unveils the Mi Band 4. More than a simple update, the novelties make him pass a course.

Xiaomi has just announced the fourth edition of its smart health connected bracelets, soberly called Mi Band 4. true evolution compared to the previous generation. It brings a lot of novelties that will delight swimmers among others.

Inside, the bracelet can now count on an accelerometer with six degrees of freedom. Xiaomi says it will help swimmers improve. Still enjoying a water-resistance up to 50 meters deep, the Mi Band 4 can capture the shots during swimming.

Control your IoT objects to the voice with the Mi Band 4

The Mi Band 4 now has a microphone for voice recognition and the interaction with the Xiao AI assistant of the Chinese manufacturer. All smart health connected objects can then be controlled remotely to the sound of the voice. On the most expensive version, there is also the NFC for all that is micropayement, or pairing to phones.

The functions already present as the heart rate monitor or the one that checks the quality of sleep are still there. Xiaomi announces that the model with NFC can hold 15 days in one charge, when one without holds up to 20 days.

Available in 5 colors today in China from 169 Chinese Yuan (about 22 €) for the basic version and 229 Chinese Yuan (about 30 €) for the one with the NFC. We are still waiting for prices and availability in our country.
