Xiaomi's Hey + fitness tracker offers a larger display
It looks like Xiaomi hasn't finished releasing new fitness trackers this year. After unveiling the Mi Band 3 last month, the Chinese brand is now unveiling the Hey + fitness tracker.
The Hey + fitness tracker was unveiled on the Chinese crowdfunding site Youpin. You would think that the device is, in fact, another variant of the Mi Band 3. But, according to the specifications, there are slight differences between the two. I'll tell you which ones!
For example, instead of the 0.78-inch 128 x 80 pixel screen on the Mi Band 3, the Hey + fitness tracker will offer something slightly larger; a 0.95 inch screen with a significantly improved 240 x 120 AMOLED screen.
Apart from that, the tracker will offer built-in NFC support; while the ehealth below also seems to indicate that it will be equipped with a heart rate monitoring, notification support and even smart health home control.

When it comes to fitness tracking, things aren't clear at the moment. We know that the Mi Band 3 is waterproof. An image on the crowdfunding page seems to suggest that the Hey + offers water tolerance up to 50 meters. Regular data monitoring, such as step counting, calorie consumption, sleep monitoring and exercise monitoring will also be included.
As for the price, we know immediately that this is a Xiaomi product. Like all the brand's products, the price is very affordable: around 30 euros. Finally, for the moment, we do not know all the specifications of the version of the product that will be marketed outside of China. If we get more information, we will update this article. Stay smart health connected!
