Chinese food Yuxiang Shredded Pork

Ingredients of Yuxiang Shredded Pork

Pork180g

25gblack fungus

30g bamboo shoot 

30g red chilli marinated

Seasoning

1/4teaspoon salt

2tbsp of of Shaoxing wine

5tbsp water

3tbsp cornstarch

1tbsp soy sauce

2tbsp clear. sugar

1tbsp vinegar old

1chopped pickled hot pepper

2tbsp soybean paste

1chicken bouillon

1/3glass broth pinch

1tbsp chopped ginger

2tbsp chopped garlic

1chopped scallion

sunfloweroil

20minutes

Method for Yuxiang Shredded Pork

1.Wash the ingredients, slicing the pork and cut the other son. Put the sliced​​pork in a bowl, add seasonings (1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 1 tbspwater, 1 tbsp of oil sunflower, 1 tbsp cornstarch), mix well and marinate for15 minutes.

2.Liquid starch: mix cornstarch 2 bedrooms and 4 tbsp water in a bowl. MakeYuxiang sauce: mix the seasonings (1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Shaoxingwine, 2 tbsp sugar, 1tbsp old vinegar ,1tbsp chopped pickled hot peppers, bean paste 1 bedrooms, 1 pinch of chicken,broth 1/3 glass) in a bowl.

3.Heat the sunflower oil in a wok, add the minced pork well marinated, fried overhigh heat until they become white, remove and reserve.

4.Put the oil in the wok, add the chopped ginger, garlic and chopped soybeanpaste, light the fire, all to blow, then add the minced pork and fried.

5.Add the son of bamboo shoots, pickled hot red peppers, black mushrooms, sautéall.

6.Pour Yuxiang sauce, mix well.

Advice:

1.Before pouring the liquid starch into the wok, it can blend well to avoidprecipitation.

2.Add the soybean paste is a little blush to this dish. You can not add too much,because it is salty. And chili oil is also suitable.
